FINANCIAL CONSULTANT – (2 positions) Solano and Contra Costa Counties
Delivers professional investment services to members.  Reviews and recommends investment and insurance options to members to assist them in identifying their financial needs.  Keeps abreast of market conditions.  Identifies member investment goals and matches and sells financial and insurance products to help achieve their financial objectives.  Researches and solves member investment issues.  PC skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  Extensive knowledge of insurance and investment terms, concepts, practices, procedures, recordkeeping, legal requirements and market trends.  Requires attending special and community-related events during evenings and/or weekends. Understands the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and ensures compliance through monitoring and reporting of member activity as appropriate.  BA/BS in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.  NASD Series 7 and 63 or 65 Licenses.  California State Life Insurance & Variable Annuity License.  Minimum 3 years related experience and/or training.

Oracle SOA Developer/Architect
Works within the technology organization, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Business Systems Group. The Oracle SOA Developer/Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting the SOA platform for the Oracle E-Business R12 applications which support to the Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and HR functions. The role requires the ability to work jointly with the development and infrastructure operations team as well as with the outside hosted services provider, systems integrators, and a variety of corporate functional teams.  (Most information will be announced on our website soon.)
