Job Description
This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in the SIGINT industry. The candidate must have both a high-level understanding of SIGINT system architectures and an extensive domain knowledge of and experience with one or more of the associated technologies. Associated technologies include circuit-switched telecommunications, packet-switched systems, and voice grade channel modem technologies. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for developing system architectures, executing trade-off studies, system test planning and development, white paper development, ROM development, and proposal activities. Knowledge of embedded SW, GUI interfaces and structures, DSP methodologies, and digital architectures is highly desirable. Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.

Qualifications
- Strong system engineering process experience and advocacy.
- A minimum of 12+ years related SIGINT system development experience.
- MSEE/CS or equivalent preferred.
