Software Invitational - First week of February

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc., the world leader in developing and producing remotely piloted aircrafts, including the combat-proven Predator series for the U.S. Military and Department of Homeland Security, and producer of tactical reconnaissance radar systems, is currently in search of exceptional candidates for the a variety of positions for our San Diego facility. We are seeking organized and analytical professionals to develop and design creative software solutions for our aircraft and ground control station systems. There are also many opportunities for project and team leads, as well as technical managers.
The design/development spectrum includes: processor level embedded software, avionics systems control, simulation modeling, graphical displays, data acquisition, user interface development, communications, human factors and networking applications. Development is primarily accomplished on Windows and Linux PC’s using the ‘C’ and ‘C++’ languages. Must have the ability to interface with customers and work in a team environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related engineering discipline is required with 1-10+ years of experience. Multiple opportunities at different experience levels are available. Experience interfacing with, or developing for the DOD is a plus.
